We process personal data only where it is necessary to provide this website and to answer your enquiries. Nothing is passed on for advertising purposes.
Visiting this website
When you open this website your browser transmits technically necessary data, which our host processes in server logs: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, volume transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers.
This processing is necessary to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of this website. Logs are deleted after a short period.
Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, and any voluntary information about your company, website, timeframe and situation) solely in order to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR together with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and answer follow-up questions; statutory retention periods are unaffected.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking and embeds no third-party measurement services. That is why you see no consent banner here.
The only thing stored is your appearance preference (light or dark), as a bare state value carrying no identifier that would make you identifiable. That storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested within the meaning of ยง 25(2) TDDDG and therefore requires no consent.
Fonts
The typefaces used are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
Recipients and processors
This website is operated and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which acts for us as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
Where data is transferred to recipients outside the EU or EEA, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
